Palmer's Hill
The house is an expansive, rustic treasure.
It has multiple living and entertaining areas, with fire places in the lounge and dining rooms. The large kitchen is farmhouse style, with granite bench-tops and the latest appliances. The dining table seats 10 – 12 people, with other seating options for large groups outside.
There are 3 sleeping wings with the following configuration:
Upstairs:
Bedroom 1: I queen bed
Bedroom 2: 3 single beds (bunks)
South wing:
Bedroom 3: 1 double bed
Bedroom 4: 1 bunk and 1 bunk with double bed at the bottom
North wing:
Bedroom 5: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 6: 1 queen bed
Bedroom 7: 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed
Each wing has it’s own bathroom.
There is hydronic heating in all main rooms and airconditioning upstairs.
The pool is solar heated, fenced and from 1m to 1.8 metres deep.
